I was inspired by this beautiful animation SoldierOfJustice made a few days ago ♥ I knew and also used this method before (with watercolour textures on personal photography rather than edits) but I never thought about using it on Sailor Moon caps, it works so well! I really hope I can make a gif like this soon, but I don’t have the time for it right now~ Because making a gif in this style would really take a long, long time.
